This was the most pleasant experience in the purchase of a car I have ever encountered and it started with Steven Hess. I basically knew what I was looking for; however, Steven showed me every Venza he had a car I have ever encountered and it started with Steven Hess. The basic price was the best in Southern California (even beat Costco pricing) and the money that I got for my trade-in was fair and accurate (I had done my homework). The folks that handled the actual financial transaction were friendly and professional and everything was completed in a timely manner. We were even offered Starbucks coffee while we waited for them to evaluate our trade-in and get the paperwork going. The most amazing thing of all is the after purchase follow-up from Longo. I have never been contacted so much by any dealer just to invite me back for dinner and to see how everything was going with my new Toyota. They even sent someone out to my house to assist me with all the electronic features of the car. JJ's professionalism and personal attention was a ray of hope from the poor service and arrogant salesman I had been dealing with for the past few weeks.
