I would like to take the time to share my wonderful experience with my recent purchase. On Sunday, December 8th, my family and I was in the market for a new vehicle for our father. He was recommended by many of my friends and relative, since he made a positive impression with their purchases. He had a great reputation and they insured me that I will be fully satisfied with whatever vehicle I purchase from Longo. And they were correct. Not only was I satisfied, my dad could not stop talking about the RAV4. He understood all features the RAV4 had to offer since Tony was speaking in a language my dad could understand....Vietnamese. Tony was very easy going and very informative. My dad appreciated the time Tony took while making sure all my his questions was answered. I was very amaze with his excellent customer service and would recommend Tony to anyone who is either thinking about buying/leasing a car. On Sunday,12/1 as I had begun shopping for a scion xb, I was approached by Tony Hua. From the first hello until the end, Tony was delightful and very informative. A Toyota Camry had caught my eye and he was able to give me insight on the differences in all aspects of the two vehicles. My heart was pretty much set on the scion xb when I had arrived. Later that afternoon, I had a change of heart. Tony showed us many different interior and exterior styles of the scion along with the camry. He did not at anytime make us feel rushed. I was able to test drive the base model camry and fell in love but ended up going for the Charcoal 2014 Camry SE with all black leather interior. He worked with me on pricing of the vehicle and was able to work out the BEST deal I could ever ask for. He sincerely listened to my needs and made it happen. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman! I feel sincerely blessed to have met Tony (the BEST salesman ever!) that day. He makes customers feel comfortable with their purchase and thoroughly goes through everything needed to know about the vehicle. My son Patrick, first time new car buyer, age 26 and I stopped at our local Manhattan Beach Toyota dealer in the morning of 11/1/13. They had the exact color and equipment 2013 Prius IV. But he wanted stopped at our local Manhattan Beach Toyota dealer in the morning of 11/1/13. They had the exact color and equipment 2013 Prius IV. But he wanted to return to Longo because Ruben in the used car department had spent 2 hours with him on Thursday 10/31/13 and he wanted him to get the commission. We were introduced to Rene Lawson and another salesman...After 2 1/2 hours they delivered his new waxed and filled Prius to the curb in front of the showroom and gave him the keys and shook his hand, even helped take his picture with his 1st new car! Then came "THE BAIT AND SWITCH" five minutes later, he came back out and took the key saying it was the wrong car, 2014 not 2013 same price no financing available. Then they demanded $2000 DEPOSIT they said was Toyota Finance Dept. rules for 1st time buyers. Then they said they didn't have the car and tried to UPSELL a loaded car he didn't want. Rene offered to transfer a car in another day and deliver it. My son said to her, "I feel like I have been DEALING WITH A TYPICAL USED CAR LOT GAME" She said, "that's harsh" he said, "YOU BAIT AND SWITCHED CARS, TRIED TO GET A $2000 DEPOSIT NOT NECESSARY, AND TRIED TO UPSELL ME A CAR I DIDN'T WANT"! The reason we came to Longo is because my family and business have bought (2 earlier Toyota pickups, 3 Tacomas, 2 cressidas, and 3 camry) WE WILL NOT RETURN ! We drove to Manhattan Toyota and in an hour, bought the car $8.00 less per month, NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED FROM TOYOTA FINANCE, I am interested in a response from Longo Toyota Sincerely Bill Grunbok, Owner National Auto Glass of Beverly Hills More

I went in with a certain expectation of what I would get and how much I would pay. I came in with a trade-in, which I knew would limit my ability to negotiate. Still, Andy Luu was able to get me a deal that I felt was fair much quicker than any of the other dealerships I mentioned above. By far my best experience at a Toyota dealership. More
