I explained to this salesman that we lived in Phoenix and wanted to buy a Prius and would pick up the vehicle on or about December 24th. I visited their website and emailed them with the VIN number of the car and got a reply from the sales rep regarding price. The week before our trip to LA, I tried to confirm the price and got a short reply with a slightly reduced price. Two days before the trip I tried 3 times to find out if the price included window tinting or not and also what was the document fees would be. I heard nothing from them. As a result we made the trip to LA and back and would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
