Fred Williams is the most down to earth sales consultant I initially went in just to test drive a vehicle but walked out with a brand new (used) car! Fred Williams is the most down to earth sales consultant I have ever met. I am very picky so I ask a lot of questions but he was patient and understanding throughout the time. He is also very professional and knowledgable. He will make all the tedious processes (test-drive, paperwork, finance, and examining the car) flow like water.
