He doesn't have patience to explain his recommendations of the service you need, he made it sounds like it is our fault because we never asked for the free check up before. Neil Polzin helped us get into our 2014 Camry about two years ago and he helped answer several more questions via email for our second purchase. Once arriving at Longo from Mission Viejo last Sunday, Neil wasn't working that day. Instead, we worked with his partner, David Reyes who really made us feel at home and without pressure. David had answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very knowledgable about the product. There is a reason why we drive over 65 miles one way to purchase our cars and we will definitely be coming back to Longo for our next one.
