He never pressured us to make a sale and we ended up going home that day without purchasing anything. The following day we contacted him again, he got back to us promptly, answered all of our questions, and helped us figure out our options. By the end of that afternoon he was able to get us a great deal on a brand new 2016 Camry that was exactly what we wanted and even stayed after hours with us to finish out all of our paperwork so that we could drive home with it the very same day. As soon as we arrived and gave Jose our input on the vehicle type we Jose del Solar made our car purchasing experience very pleasant and stress free. As soon as we arrived and gave Jose our input on the vehicle type we were looking to purchase, Jose narrowed our search to 3 possible vehicles. Jose drove us to the car, showing us how big Longo Toyota is and the many vehicles we had to choose from. We knew then that we had picked the right dealership. Jose offered us to test drive the car. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase on our first visit. I thought about the style, gas per mileage, and cost of the vehicle for a couple of days. Jose called me soon after and that helped me decide, that very day; that I wanted the car and I also wanted Jose to be our dealer. I returned for the vehicle the same day Jose made the follow-up phone call. When we arrived, Jose had all the paperwork filled out for me and I just had to provide a little more info and sign the papers. Going above and beyond; after all the paperwork was done, Jose took the time to set-up my phone to bluetooth. This is my third Toyota vehicle, and this has been by far, the best car buying experience ever! More

(Reply to my first review) Bad service repair at Longo Kerry, I did go back so they could correct the problem sadly to say I had to pay an additional $330 for them to try and correct the problem and till Kerry, I did go back so they could correct the problem sadly to say I had to pay an additional $330 for them to try and correct the problem and till today they were not able to fix the problem after paying $1,450.00 in repairs. My car was not making any funny noises until "Long Toyota" did services on it. It had never felt as bad as it does now. Correction was never fix I took it to them again Tuesday 6/14/16 so that they can hear the noise went for a drive with one of the service guys and said he can hear the noise and told me to leave the car so that they can try and see what the problem is again. Today 6/15/16 I get a call and they told me they could not hear a noise. Wow! really so sad how they lie to customers. Never will I take my car for service to "Longo" again. More
