Trying to get a Specific Toyota Tacoma. all of the said, and I quote "that truck is a unicorn, you're never going to find that truck in that color." With a little grin afterwards. Not only did Longo have the vehicle I wanted, but Arina was nothing like those other people at the dealerships. She's kind, very helpful, very patient, not pushy. Best of all she knew every feature I was asking about. The crawl control. It was a relief to hear Arina actually know what I was talking about. Other sales representatives had NO idea what I was talking about. She knew what every button in the truck did. It felt as if she was genuinely excited about my future adventures in this vehicle. So as long as Arina works here, I'll always purchase from her. She needs a raise or a big bonus of some kind. (not kidding). So Arina thank you again for the great customer service.
