He offered to take care of the parking and helped me delete the bluetooth device after the test drive. Unlike some salesperson, he's not trying to take advantage of me or push me to make fast decision. He's pretty chill, and let me take my time to try different options before making the decision. I actually test-drove my Prius twice before buying it. When it came to financing and payment, he was willing to listen to my need, and helped me get the best payment option. His coworker Brian Lee at the financial department was helpful too and answered all my concerns.
