The high rating I gave was based on Mr Mathew Menéndez ‘s assistance., he did a great service recovery!, because the day before I was not treated well. I had taken the car for maintenance, Alex suggested I c assistance., he did a great service recovery!, because the day before I was not treated well. I had taken the car for maintenance, Alex suggested I change the sparks plugs, I agreed as long as I could leave at 1:30 pm because I was with my mother and I was taking her to the doctor that afternoon. Right after 1:00 pm, they notified me that the technician broke a part, they were going to replace it ( I did appreciate the honesty), but the part was not available, they offered a rental, but there was no car available!( the manager at the enterprise was not pleasant at all). I ended up being taken on an Lift to the medical appt. Afterwards I had to call a friend to pick us up, then take my mother to LA, then take me back to Sunland, where I reside. Alex , the person handling my car, did not offer me a lift back to the dealer the next day, so again I had to call a fruend to drive me back to the dealer! , I was very upset but Mr Menendez was very helpful and compensated us for the troubles, .Thank you Mr Menéndez.! Every visit is very professional, polite, accurate and efficient. It’s worth the hour drive for service.
