Service Above and Beyond I began my interaction with Longo Toyota through an internet price inquiry on a used vehicle. Shortly after my inquiry I was contacted by the Fleet Ma I began my interaction with Longo Toyota through an internet price inquiry on a used vehicle. Shortly after my inquiry I was contacted by the Fleet Manager, Fred Williams, by phone. Fred was very pleasant and scheduled a date and time so we can meet in person so and possibly purchasing a vehicle. As life would expected it, we had to reschedule our appointment for later that day. Although I knew it was close to Fred's end of his work day, I asked if we could reschedule our appointment for later in the evening. Without hesitation Fred agreed. Needless to say after test driving three vehicles, we found the car for us. At no time did I feel pressured, nor did I feel rushed despite the fact we had gone past his scheduled end of workday. Also I felt confident that my wife and I received a really good deal on our vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles from dealerships in the past and cannot recall having such a great experience. I would definitely recommend Longo Toyota to anyone, more importantly I would recommend you visit with Fred Williams if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle. There is a reason why they are the number one Toyota dealership in the country and it's because of salesman like Fred. Again, Longo comes through! Once again, Longo, in particular, Tony Taylor from the Internet Sales department, came through by giving us the best dealer price, in the SoCal area, Once again, Longo, in particular, Tony Taylor from the Internet Sales department, came through by giving us the best dealer price, in the SoCal area, for another Toyota! First, it was our first car upon coming back Stateside (after spending decades in the Far East), a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid; and now, it's a 2018 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium. Not only that - a trade-in value BETTER than CarMax! Who could argue with that? Not only did we get a good price - it was totally hassle free. No pressure! No xxxxxxxx sales! No non-sense! No "please come in and take a test drive," "are you leasing or trading," etc. Tony knows what I want, and was straight to the point in his responses to my inquiries. I wanted a quote - there was no back and forth! There was none of the typical canned replies I get from other salespeople from other dealers (for Toyota and other brands, as well). One I am really fond off from other dealers is giving the salesperson a print-out of a particular trim with the particular options I wanted, say, an AWD model, but they come back to you with a quote for a FWD!?! How could you trust a salesperson to understand your needs if they cannot get that simple thing through their heads? Thank again Longo Toyota, and thanks again Tony!!! More
