She was very informative, patient, and willing to help whenever I asked to see or sit in a different Camry with different options. Laura did a great job of identifying the key things I was looking for in a new car and didn't try to sell me anything extra I didn't want or need. She was straight to the point, even when it was time to negotiate. I told her my budget and she was willing to work with me until we had a deal. Even after I drove off with the car, she was still helping me follow-up on the status of a rebate I received. I would definitely recommend working with Laura if you find yourself at Longo Toyota.
