Loyal to Longo for 20+ years, and Arina (sales) is awesome! == The short version: 5 stars for Toyota cars 5++++ stars for the mechanics who took care of my 1996 Camry for 20+ years 4 stars for custom == The short version: 5 stars for Toyota cars 5++++ stars for the mechanics who took care of my 1996 Camry for 20+ years 4 stars for customer service (the guys you check in with for service appointment). Mostly 5, but it slipped over the years and then had one VERY bad 1-star experience recently but seems to have been fixed 5 stars for Sales (Arina) as I just bought a new car (2018 Camry) as my 1996 is moving on to a friend of the family == The long version: Bought my first car at Longo back in October of 1995, a 1996 Camry. Since then, I have had my car serviced almost soley at Longo. As I moved around LA county, I did try a few others that were close to where I lived, but always came back to Longo. And it's because of the mechanics. 5++ stars for the mechanics!!! And 5 stars for Toyota cars! 4 Stars for customer service: Customer service to me used to be five stars, they've somewhat slipped over the years but still better than others. There was one incident recently that I would rate 1-star (not the mechanics, but the customer service folks). The entire team of three service people (I don't recall which one it was) was really bad and in a vacuum if that were my only experience I would not go back. But one incident did not erase 20+ years of loyal satisfaction. I ended up talking to their manager and he was very patient listening to my complaints and also very apologetic and said he would make sure to talk to the team and it wouldn't happen again. So in the end, again very satisfied 5 stars for Arina in sales! Most recently it was time to say good bye to my 1996 Camry and I just got a 2018 Camry with salesperson Arina. She was attentive, not pushy at all, very paitent (we had a lot of questions!), straightforward when she didn't know the answer, and was very open to our schedule. We have three kids so scheduling was tough for us and she made herself quite available. It was a pleasure buying a car from her and would definitely recommend her as a sales person! More
