The Best Pre-Owned Car Buying Experience My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota Camry SE through Issac on Saturday, January 20th, 2018. I had previously owned a 2000 Toyota My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota Camry SE through Issac on Saturday, January 20th, 2018. I had previously owned a 2000 Toyota Tundra that was a new car purchase 18 years ago and so I was new to the pre-owned market. Issac was a true professional sales person, he was extremely knowledgeable about answering our questions and valued our feedback. We also felt no pressure in our decision in making our purchase. Once we had made our decision to purchase, he was helpful in the financial process with completing the credit check and all the paperwork that he was responsible for, including the explanation of what information we were providing to complete that part of the sales transaction. In my (including my wife) opinion, this was the best sales process that I've experienced, I felt very comfortable with our purchase through Issac. He is definitely a valuable member of the Longo Toyota sales team. More
