My husband went online and found a 2015 Scion xB automatic at Longo Toyota. We called and Jorge Crisanty placed the vehicle on hold and had it ready for us when we arrived a half hour later. Jorge was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He went back and forth to the Finance Deartment every time I wanted to lower the price; he was so patient and went to bat for us.
