Another good experience at the service department Went back to the service department for my complimentary service and was met by Nestor Gonzalez who told me that Mandi Davis would be in a little late Went back to the service department for my complimentary service and was met by Nestor Gonzalez who told me that Mandi Davis would be in a little later. He wrote up the paperwork and I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly, while I was there I had the pleasure of meeting guest relations director Kary Loefler and told her that I really appreciate her responding to my previous reviews. Nightmare 1/11/2019 - Had a 7am appointment, checked in at 6:45am to change and balance 4 tires- no alignment. I’m now sitting here about to cross over int 1/11/2019 - Had a 7am appointment, checked in at 6:45am to change and balance 4 tires- no alignment. I’m now sitting here about to cross over into a 5th hour of waiting on a maximum 2 hour job (I’ve done this on my own at home in 45 minutes) Only explanation I’ve gotten is “the tires weren’t balancing properly”, but obviously they don’t realize that for 2 1/2 hours I stood outside the repair bay and nobody has even approached my car. Needless to say, not a service experience I will be revisiting. More

Great Experience, Amicable Staff, & Efficient After stepping out of my car at the Used Car Sales building, I was immediately welcomed by Isaac with a warm smile and friendly greeting, I went to s After stepping out of my car at the Used Car Sales building, I was immediately welcomed by Isaac with a warm smile and friendly greeting, I went to see Oscar for a pre-scheduled 1 pm appointment, only to be declined by Oscar because his 10 am customer showed up at 1 pm. Oscar should have seen me at my appointment time and the really late customer should have waited. Despite Oscar's rejection, Isaac took excellent care of me...showing me the used car that I was interested in, took it out for a test drive, and came back to purchase the car. The purchasing process was smooth and went very well with both Isaac and Quang. Thank you, all, for such a great non-pressure experience. More
