But Longo had half a dozen vehicles that matched our preferences. So it was worth driving 35 miles to Longo (this is the fourth time we've purchased or leased from them). We'd previously spent a lot of time researching vehicle options and thought we understood them all, but our salesperson Lizette really knew her stuff and politely corrected us on a few misunderstandings. She was also completely patient as we worked through possible color and package alternatives, a few test drives, and finally negotiating the price. It's usually an all day affair when we make the trek to Longo but Lizette made it more than bearable, and we are very happy with our new RAV4! (Peter & Elvie) P.S.
