Great service Today my Daughter and I went into Longo to purchase her first car. We had already been to a few dealers and were not happy with inventory and the serv Today my Daughter and I went into Longo to purchase her first car. We had already been to a few dealers and were not happy with inventory and the service. I had looked online for different options in Dealerships and found that Longo Toyota had a good selection. Abel had responded quickly and was able to inform me what I was looking for was available. So we decided to drive 45 miles to check them out. We meet Abel and he was so helpful in finding the best car and deal for us. We didn’t have to hassle walking around the dealership to find a car. He looked up the inventory before we went out to view the vehicles and gave us good choices that would be best for her. After selecting the car the entire paperwork process was quick and easy. I definitely will be coming back to Abel and Longo in the future. I highly recommending purchasing a Used Car at Longo. Best experience overall! More

An Honest Opinion About a Decent Experience Jerry was accommodating to our needs after we bought our new 2018 Tacoma TRD sport. Although we had some misunderstandings during price talks, we were Jerry was accommodating to our needs after we bought our new 2018 Tacoma TRD sport. Although we had some misunderstandings during price talks, we were fortunately able to come to a fair agreement for the truck before the end of the day on our first visit. Jerry offers his services even after a deal has been made and will even answer your calls when he's not in at his office. He likes to get to know his costumers personally and will only approach old clients to shake hands and check up on them. He is candid salesman and very driven to work with his costumers rather than against them. Jerry was intimidating at first, only because our initial salesmen (who will not be named) was unreliable and we had to work up a new deal with Jerry who had to convince us why our previous deal with the last salesman would not work out. Lucky we signed the papers before the days end, Jerry showed us all the features of our new truck before we left the lot, and continued answering our questions through the phone days after. We only criticize that if he could have provided us with all the information about our truck's package deal and what features would be included into it. Because only later we learned that our truck was missing the homelink garage door opener and had to get the parts ordered in to dealership which we had to pay for ourselves to get it installed after we had already purchased our truck. Again, Jerry was there with us the entire way and understood our problem from beginning to end and made sure to accommodate us with a discounted price for the parts. Thank you, Jerry and Longo Toyota. More
