Brandon Cruz was the first to make contact with me online and provided detailed information about the vehicle I was interested in before I came in person. JJ the person who ran the numbers was caring and very informative. Our finance person was also very honest and didn’t push to purchase anything extra. Overall, I felt good about my decision after I left. I was not pressured like most dealerships make you feel and mainly I did not feel I was taken advantage of. Ruben explained every detail, listened and really cared about our needs. He is truly a very genuine person! He also called me the next day to ask if we had any other questions, now that is service!!! He spend about 5 hours with me while allowing me to test drive 3 different cars, he was very patient through the whole process.
