I bought a new Prius Prime during Toyotathon at the end of 2020. Arina made setting up test drives for the car and the purchasing process very smooth and efficient. She was very knowledgeable about the car, all available discounts/specials to get the best deal on the car, the available state and federal tax rebates (and how to apply for them), and how to set up the purchasing contract and the registration/ownership title to be exactly how I wanted it, etc. She was also very patient and friendly with me and my family when we had a ton of questions about the Prius and the buying process over the course of 1 week before I finally bought. And the buying experience with Arina remained great even after I bought the car! She checked in afterwards to see how I was liking it and if I had any questions -- which I thought was really cool and classy.
