I bought TWO cars from Arina! I was looking for a new car because my current 1999 Toyota Corolla has been failing for a long time. I reached out to Arina at the recommendation of another fellow RAV4 Prime en because my current 1999 Toyota Corolla has been failing for a long time. I reached out to Arina at the recommendation of another fellow RAV4 Prime enthusiast and was not disappointed. I live in the SF Bay Area, about 400 miles away from Longo Toyota and Arina made the entire process quick and easy. I had already been on other waiting lists in the Bay for this car at no markup. I became desperate for any RAV4 Prime as I learned my husband's 2001 Toyota Highlander engine suddenly went bad, leaving us with one less car to use, and Arina was luckily able to secure a vehicle for me. She was super friendly, responsive, and very trustworthy. This was my first time buying a new car at a dealership and I had no problem making this long-distance deal. My husband and I then decided to purchase a Prius Prime as well since Arina made the process so easy. I appreciated the time she took to make us quotes for this car and give us the best deal possible for it. Upon arrival to Longo Toyota, Arina made sure both cars were washed and fully charged with a full gas tank for our long journey home. Arina took the time to show us how to connect our phones to the cars, the amenities, and take a bunch of photos with us and the cars. Everything went so smoothly. Arina made the experience extremely pleasant and I would purchase again from Arina at Longo Toyota if I ever need to in the future. More
