We had at 8 AM appt and it took almost 5 hours for a standard tune up. Then the car wash dislodged our weather strips.LONGO was a disaster today. No apologies no restitution. will not go back. Horrible More

The car basically needed detailing. At this point, I see little point engaging with token apologies. I've done some cleaning of the interior but will need to pay for real detailing soon. I'm still a bit appalled having spent $28k and still need to spend more to get a "new" car.
