It was a pleasure to work with Ms. Arina. She was honest from the very beginning and treated my wife and I with respect. We bought a RAV4 Prime that was supposed to take several month to arrive and she man from the very beginning and treated my wife and I with respect. We bought a RAV4 Prime that was supposed to take several month to arrive and she managed to get it for us in just over 2 months. Arina understood our needs and was very flexible with submitting any documentation electronically. More importantly, she was very responsive anytime we had a question or concern.
