Had a seamless car buying experience with Nick Luu at Longo Toyota. Nick was communicative via phone and text, and in person was transparent with pricing and took the time to thoroughly walk me through t Longo Toyota. Nick was communicative via phone and text, and in person was transparent with pricing and took the time to thoroughly walk me through the different features of the Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE. He even helped to download the Toyota app and sync my phone with the car when there was a wait/ back up in the finance department. Abel Duran in the finance dept was also very patient and efficient with all the necessary paperwork. Overall, great experience. More

I have been looking for a Mirai deal for around 6 months, and I have been really struggling finding a receptive and professional salesperson and dealership to work with. Luckily, I contacted Longo and starte and I have been really struggling finding a receptive and professional salesperson and dealership to work with. Luckily, I contacted Longo and started conversations with Jose Del Solar around a week ago. Wow! what a massive difference from all the other people and dealerships I have spoken to. At all times Jose has been super helpful, willing to listen, none pushy and helpful and always open to offer advice – A true professional. After only 5 days talking to Jose, I got the car and the deal I wanted. I cannot recommend Jose and Longo enough – fantastic experience. More
