I’ve taking my Tacoma to local dealerships for service out of convenience. Since my truck is still under warranty I continue utilizing dealer service. I have found the local dealerships somewhat lacking and on more than one occasion I have had issues of trust and professionalism. I have had others highly recommend Longo for its integrity and professionalism but it is a bit of a drive. I now find the drive well worth it as my experience there was far beyond what I have been receiving up ‘till now. My service writer Steve was exceptional and now has all of my future business. Every one at every step was professional and helpful. The quality of work and the price was very exceptional. Not all dealerships charge the same and I can’t help but look back and see that there has been some inflated pricing from other dealerships. I highly recommend Longo Toyota and can assure them that will most definitely have all of my future business whether it be service or new vehicle purchases. More

I had a family member and friend tell me to call Longo Toyota before I gave up for the day. When I spoke with her on the phone, she was very professional and honest about the current inventory. I felt so good about the phone call that I stopped shopping around and decided to give her a chance. When I pulled into the dealership that day, she showed me the different car options and pricing. I ended up choosing a Rav 4 Hybrid and felt great about it. Lizette Vega also kept me updated on the delay in shipping. I had friends who said a dealership close to them had the car on their lot, but because of the treatment, professionalism, and great vibe I got from Lizette Vega, I chose to stick with this car purchase. Couldn’t find the car I wanted anywhere. Got ahold of Jimmy Phan at Longo and he secured one for me that was in transit. Called me the day before it arrived. Came down the next day and Jimmy Got ahold of Jimmy Phan at Longo and he secured one for me that was in transit. Called me the day before it arrived.
