Service Rep. Beau Ly was personable, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had with my 2014 Es300h. He kept me updated on any repairs and time when my car was ready to pick up.. I like that Lexus service provided all kinds of cold and hot drinks. There was no light snacks at 11am.. Maybe a vending machine might help since I was there until almost 4 hours and I live about 35 minutes away in heavy traffic on frwy 10. Beau offered a loaner car if repairs needed done the next day. I also like that my car was washed into a shiny finish.. I’m 83 urs. old and was treated with respect and the service tech. worked diligently to get my car ready before driving home in the dark. Kudos to Beau Ly and the service department. More

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our Lexus 450h with Longo Lexus dealership.
