Service Rep. Beau Ly was personable, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had with my 2014 Es300h. He kept me updated on any repairs and time when my car was ready to pick up.. Maybe a vending machine might help since I was there until almost 4 hours and I live about 35 minutes away in heavy traffic on frwy 10. Beau offered a loaner car if repairs needed done the next day. I also like that my car was washed into a shiny finish.. I’m 83 urs. old and was treated with respect and the service tech. worked diligently to get my car ready before driving home in the dark.
