My service advisor David Parada is very professional and helpful. However, courtesy loan car department representative is not so very friendly, my appointment with the loan car was 11:30, I did not get the helpful. However, courtesy loan car department representative is not so very friendly, my appointment with the loan car was 11:30, I did not get the care till 12:40pm, every time I went to ask for my turn, with the unfriendly face and told me still couple people ahead of you. A big smile or a friendly gesture will help the stress environment. More

Service advisor Francis Saldana has poor customer service. He told me to wait 15 minutes for the mechanic to go on a test drive with me. After 15 minutes, no mechanic showed up so I asked if Francis service. He told me to wait 15 minutes for the mechanic to go on a test drive with me. After 15 minutes, no mechanic showed up so I asked if Francis Saldana can help me arrange for a loaner vehicle so I don’t have to wait longer. Francis said he will take care of it but he did not walk me to the loan car service desk. Francis seemed annoyed by a gay man standing in front of him and told me to just sit down. After my test drive with the mechanic, I go to the loaner car desk and I was told to wait another 30 minutes. I got my loan car after 45 minutes of waiting. I just wasted almost two hours of my morning just dropping off my car for service. Francis Saldana needs more customer service training and be more respectful of LGBT customers. I am very dissatisfied with this experience. More
