We appreciate this opportunity to review, research and respond. We had the pleasure of speaking with your service consultant J. Palmer and describes the following: We reinitialized the windows before we wrote up the vehicle. We also found the trunk cancel & valet button in the glove box was disconnected and once we reconnected the rear hatch worked again. We confirmed with the technician on the parts installed and found that would not impact the dashboard area from the previous repairs. The shift indicator light was burned out and you authorized charges for this repair. If you do have any unanswered questions, please feel free to reach out to your service consultant Jim, he’s always here to listen and discuss any | all questions you may have.

So basically you’re telling me it cost 389.00 to change a lightbulb because like I said everything was operating before the $1700.00 service. Windows, hatch and shifter light. Something doesn’t sound right and I can’t believe how your service department was the only mechanic to open the hood and all three issues were not operating after a two weeks of repairs. I’m afraid I may have to report this, it’s just sounds ridiculous as I continue to explain myself. Please respond and leave a mangers information. Thank You, Ron

Did anyone consult with the original mechanic who Obviously had problems with the “check engine light” and lock windows out and disconnected the hatch and I had to pay for his or her mistakes. Hopefully we’ll come to an agreement and this issue doesn’t re-occur again. Jim and the last mechanic were great but please try and see it from my point of view. Thanks, Ron
