New Pickup Truck Purchase I've never owned a Ford in my life (I'm 63) but decided I wanted to move up to a full size truck from my mid-size. Every review I read on pickup's sai I've never owned a Ford in my life (I'm 63) but decided I wanted to move up to a full size truck from my mid-size. Every review I read on pickup's said the F-150 was the best so I decided to visit Long Lewis in Muscle Shoals. I immediately found a demo vehicle I liked but when they cleaned it up for me to buy they found hail damage that I hadn't seen and they brought it to my attention. I decided I didn't want it. I asked them to find one just like it and this was on a late Friday afternoon. Tracy Jackson called me late that evening and told me they had found one in Arkansas and described it to me. If I wanted it they would go after it and bring it back to me. I asked them to go ahead and the following Tuesday I had a new pickup just like the one I wanted, without the hail damage of course. I was pleased with the service I received from Long Lewis and while both Tracy Jackson and Ethan Holt provided me excellent customer service, actually everyone one I encountered there was very courteous and seemed to be completely oriented to making me happy. Count me as a happy customer. More
