I took my 2018 Hyundai to longer fun day to be serviced. It needed an engine replacement. The Long Hyundai service department personnel was wonderful very nice and courteous however after my car sat there f It needed an engine replacement. The Long Hyundai service department personnel was wonderful very nice and courteous however after my car sat there for 8 weeks waiting on a new engine from corporate when it was received and put in the car it was found to be a faulty engine had to order another one took another 8 weeks to receive in the meantime I tried to repeatedly contact corporate when they kept telling me it would be 7 to 10 business days for a representative to call me back I never received the response it seems as if Hyundai corporation does not care about their customers after they purchase vehicles. I do highly recommend long service department however I would recommend that you do your research on the Hyundai corporation customer service department before purchasing. More
