Left my 2011 Hyundai sonata se for a few days bc it had several small problems that were covered under warranty. My car had 47,000 miles. Greg had told me that for the 45k service, I would need a transmiss several small problems that were covered under warranty. My car had 47,000 miles. Greg had told me that for the 45k service, I would need a transmission fluid change and a fuel induction service kit along with an oil change. I did not need an oil change so I didn't get that. Turns out the owners manual has my car getting a transmission fluid change at 60k miles and not at 45k miles. I was lied to and spent money that didn't need to be spent. I will NEVER take them my business again. When I confronted them they said that bc of Chattanooga's "extreme driving conditions" they suggest getting the service done sooner. More
Salesman knew little about cars, constantly asked his dad for answers, was told car had been serviced. Finally left late that day, car had been somewhat cleaned, but still had bad odor inside, trash under se for answers, was told car had been serviced. Told to come back in a few days, to sales bldg not service dept, for painting rusty window strips and replace foglight (told all lights worked). We scrubbed the car clean at home. Returned to Hyundai, and waited from 9am til 3:30pm when work was completed after much frustration and angry words between my husband and Nick. Few weeks later windshield wiper broke. Called service dept, agreed to come in, pay $70 before ordering. Once there, I asked for 9-24-12 service printout, told there was none. Last service done in 2009 (I think). Talked with Danny, very kind and helpful. Since then wipers replaced, oil changed, tires rotated, fluids checked. Service dept staff kind friendly and professional. I will return to service dept. I bought a 2011 Sonata and treated very professionally. I traded it for a used car and treated like a second class citizen. I will not buy another car from Long Hyundai. My mother's neighbor bought a 2012 Sonata from you all, because she liked mine so much. And by the way, I reallly do like and enjoy my 2005 Santa Fe. Oh, I had my temp plate almost 4 wks and had to have my new used car inspected (reimbursed $10). The girl said she was so busy forgot to mail it. Merry Christmas More

Long Volvo--- I bought a part on the 3rd of May. I returned it on the 4th of May. VOLVO had no money to pay me even though I had paid with $100. cash. The ineptness, stupidity and lack of concern on Steves part have resulted in me NEVER buying another Volvo. I have owned three but no more. And no more good words for Volvos or Long Volvo. It's not the money, it is the lying and deceit that have rung my bell. I would fire this incompetent employee, unless, of course this direction came down from the top..................... More
I have been contacting Long Hyundai in Chattanooga, TN since 3/20/12. The sales rep Jeremy Davis informed me that he would locate a Marathon Blue, Manual, Tech & Style package, and gray interior for me. I since 3/20/12. I called 3/21/12, Jeremy informed me that the Regional Manager Alan Grogan was there and would get involved and have the car shipped and he would call me back. No return call. I called 3/22/12, left 3 messages and no return call. Called 3/23/12 and spoke to the Sales Manager of New Sales Jessie Cannon, who was very rude to me, explaining that Jeremy was new and didnt know that this couldn't be done. I asked again about preferreincing one to me and he hung up on me. Called Jeremy again 3/24/12, 3/26/12, 3/27/12, 3/28/12, and left 3-5 messages for him to return a call to me still no reply. I called today and asked for Jessie Cannon and asked why his sales rep couldnt contact me. Jessie stated I told you already that this cant be done but he would have Jeremy contact me. I waited 6 hours and called back & spoke again to Jessie. He was very unprofessional with me on the phone and he stated I've already told you this cant be done. You have already paid a deposit to another dealership (no deposit has been placed anywhere on this car. If he would have listened to the first conversation on 3/23/12, he would have heard that I've been working with other dealerships to locate one)...No I have not, Yes you have, No I have not, Yes you have....(making me out to be a liar) he put the phone down and hollarded for Jeremy to come in and get on the phone. I asked Jeremy how come he couldn't pick up a phone and call me. I've been busy and we can't ge tthe car. Well, can't you call me to let me know this? Is this standard practice at Hyundai dealerships? This is the 2nd dealership now that has been rude, not willing to help in any way, and lying.....What does it take to get a new Veloster? Thats all I want! Can't someone please answer this for me after waiting 5 months now? More
