My 2021 Palisade was towed in Friday, May 13th, and it is now Saturday morning and cannot find out anything about my car. Left 3 messages yesterday for the service department and still no call back, so I st now Saturday morning and cannot find out anything about my car. Left 3 messages yesterday for the service department and still no call back, so I still don't know anything about my car. It is still under warranty with only 28,000 miles on after a year and a half. Long Hyundai is only concerned about selling the car and the customer after care is non-existent. I love the car, but if I can't get any satisfaction from the dealer, I will never recommend or buy another car from any of Longs dealerships. I asked to speak to a manager, and am told the only person in the dealership that has a voice mail is the service manager, and I did leave a 2nd message with him, but no response. How ridiculous is that. NO SATISFACTION at all. I will take my car elsewhere when I have to. HORRIBLE DEALER. More

TERRIBLE experience purchasing my used car from Long Hyundai, they put the wrong mileage on my paperwork which means I lost 2100 miles on my extended warranty. Also I’ve had to purchase a $120 hubcap th Hyundai, they put the wrong mileage on my paperwork which means I lost 2100 miles on my extended warranty. Also I’ve had to purchase a $120 hubcap that was missing as well as $400 spare key. Now 3 weeks after purchase my brakes are making awful noise and I have a check engine light and service doesn’t find anything wrong. Can’t get any manager on the phone and no one seems to care what so ever. Wouldn’t buy another car from Long if my life depended on it. More

I never really considered a Hyundai in the past, but you cannot beat the warranty (5/60,000 Bumper-to-Bumper; 10/100,000 Powertrain; 3 year maintenance included; with option to extend to 10/100,000 bumper-to-bumper and 7 year maintenance). I highly recommend going to see the guys at Long. They'll take good care of you. More
