Took 5 phone calls to get someone in service to answer a call. The type of service I needed to address the issue with my vehicle changed 3 times as I spoke with different employees between scheduling, dropo call. The type of service I needed to address the issue with my vehicle changed 3 times as I spoke with different employees between scheduling, dropoff, and beginning service. Spent $500, then found out if I had been listened to initially about my complaint the ‘fix’ wasn’t going to give me the outcome I thought I was heading towards. Multiple negative service interactions with one employee that I understand is no longer there. My file then got sent to the sales department, where a sales representative tried to put me in a used vehicle with the same known issues my car was experiencing, which I found out when I did research at home after being ‘guaranteed’ by the sales representative that they were not included in the known issue affected vehicle list when I asked. It has also been awhile since I had been treated in such misogynistic ways. I was called ‘sweetness’ multiple times and told early on that when it was time to talk financing that they have a woman I can talk to because “women feel more comfortable talking to women.” More
