However, when we, after many attempts to find out about my canceled warranty. I went to the dealership only to be told I leave and I was no longer would get any help from the dealership. Because I told the guy I was tired and would go to court if I have too. The SO-CALLED manager, then threatened to physically harm me. He told me I just needed to meet him after his work hours. Then he would bet me up and kick my xxx. Unbelievable! What I can't get frustrated, make a comment without getting physical harmed? Or the business can refuse to return your money on a valid reason for making my request? So, this car dealership allows such horrible behavior for its management team? TRUE COLORS! THE only time this place has any concern for you is for the money they want to take from your pocket. With a kiss our butt or we won't help you any more attitude. The service department at Hyundai of Chattanooga has been the worst service experience I’ve dealt with. This is my second oil change there (I receive three complimentary services). The first time, I waite the worst service experience I’ve dealt with. This is my second oil change there (I receive three complimentary services). The first time, I waited literally all day with my son. The advisor told me everyone had called out due to the flu. While I understand things happen, that’s not the customer’s fault. I should have been informed when I first arrived so I could have rescheduled instead of sitting there for hours. This most recent visit wasn’t much better. I arrived at 7:20 a.m. for my 7:30 a.m. appointment. They recommended replacing filters—but then told me they didn’t even have them in stock and had to go to the warehouse to get them. After waiting, I asked how much longer and was told “20 minutes.” Then shortly after, the advisor asked if I could bring my car back another time. It’s frustrating to take time out of my schedule, show up early for an appointment, and still deal with poor communication and lack of preparation. I expect better organization and respect for customers’ time. More
We recently took our grand daughter to Long Hyundai to purchase her first car. We met with Levi Kruger and he was one of the most friendliest and professional individuals we have ever done business with. purchase her first car. Our first stop shopping for a new vehicle this holiday season was at Long Hyundai of Chattanooga, where we initially looked at a Tucson and briefly discussed the Santa Fe. Lee was pleasant during the visit, but after that initial conversation, there was no follow-up on the Santa Fe exploration we discussed. We understand dealerships are busy, but follow-up and communication matter, especially when customers are actively comparing options across brands. Unfortunately, without continued engagement, we ended up moving forward elsewhere. Overall, a neutral experience — friendly in person, but lacking follow-through afterward. More
