The staff at Lokey have been very kind and attentive. I was a little upset that I had to bring my new car back a second time because it was still pulling to the right. Also when they fixed the issue the second time they never reset my tire pressure indicator or explained to me that I might see that come on while driving. I feel that this should have been communicated to me. When the light came on I was worried I had a flat tire. I had to read through my manual when I got home to figure out how to reset it. More

Brought car in for tire change and Lane assist deactivated. The tire change went great but still javing issues with lane assist, problem NOT corrected. I planned an oil change appoitment and a recall for 10:30 am Saturday. I reported to the agent that I would be 2 1/2 hours doing personal business. From 1pm I started calling the service department, an am Saturday. I reported to the agent that I would be 2 1/2 hours doing personal business. From 1pm I started calling the service department, and my car was still pending. It is already 4pm and I receive the call that the service is complete. The answer is that when a client waits, he has more priority, since I was out of the business facilities, I lost my turn, and each client who arrived without a turn had priority. So why should you have an appoitment? This was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen as a car owner in my entire life. Recommendation on this system, the worst, no more opportunities to be here again. More
