I really appreciate bringing my car in for the free lifetime oil change and not being pressured to have to pay for other parts. Also it didn't take as long as quoted. Refused to fix a tdi egr problem under warranty told me it was a cooling fan problem .wanted to charge me $771 for a new fan.P0401 code is an egr problem. The service team at Lokey VW is top notch. I drive quite a bit so I am there frequently for routine services. They always get me in on time and provide fairly accurate time estimates as to when the service a bit so I am there frequently for routine services.
