I brought toy car in on a Wednesday morning it was supposed to be done that evening (a 5 hour job). The dealership closes at 5 and I got called at 4 to tell me they were done going to finish (they did supposed to be done that evening (a 5 hour job). I received a loaner car to use until my car was done (it reeked of cigarette smoke). On Thursday no one called to let me know the status of my car even though I talked to someone who said they would have the service department call me back. On Friday afternoon I called to see what the status of my car was and they said it was done, but they had not called me to let me know. I had to call to find out that the work was done. I’m very disappointed in the severe lack of communication. More

I had an appointment for a later time to have my oil change. I needed a earlier time so I could be at another appointment I really needed to be at.
