Trust me, I'm painfully aware of the supply chain issues facing the country right now. That was taken into consideration before writing this. My car spent a total of 8 weeks at Lokey and still isn't fixed facing the country right now. That was taken into consideration before writing this. My car spent a total of 8 weeks at Lokey and still isn't fixed. My sunroof wouldn't close. The sunshade wasn't a factor in me bringing the car in. It still worked properly. They said that the motor would be replaced, and then was TOLD that they were ordering a replacement sunshade. I got the car back later on that week. The "Master Technician" installed this first replacement sunshade "crooked to the naked eye". The shade was an inch different from driver's to passengers side. Upon trying to close the sunroof, the crookedness caused the mechanism to lock up again. I dropped the car back off to them at the beginning of October. Almost 7 weeks later, I get the call to pick my car up. Still can't close the sunshade. The car has to go back once the "replacement" replacement sunshade comes in. That'll be fixed when I bring it back in. They only partially restored my headlights after being on their lot for all of October and half of November. That will be fixed when I bring it back in. They gouged metal out of the top of my car's roof from the removal and storage of the convertible top. That will be fixed when I bring it back in. They damaged the glass that the sliding roof slides on top of from the removal and storage of the convertible top. That will be fixed when I bring it back in. All kinds of mysterious little dings, dents, scuffs and buffs are on my car now. They'll check it out when I bring it back in. They called me on a Thursday to finally pick my car up(that they said was just finished). I arrived 45 minutes after THEY called me to a car with a dead battery! That battery only goes dead after it's been sitting unlocked for more than 48 hours. When did y'all finish my car again🤔? Chris Cosgrove in Service is pleasant enough, but even HE can't make up for poor attention to detail by someone that is claimed to be a Master Technician. More
