I’m glad that the Lokey team identified a software update that was required to fix a problem I was having with my rearview camera. I feel like the team went above and beyond to identify the problem and I app that was required to fix a problem I was having with my rearview camera. I feel like the team went above and beyond to identify the problem and I appreciate it. I was overcharged on an oil change and my customer service rep corrected the problem after I left. . Only negative was that I waited considerably longer than I was told to get the repair done. Normally I wouldn’t mind but I hate the idea of possibly being exposed to Covid while I’m waiting for my car to be repaired. Had I known it would take that long I would have gone home and waited. However, the waiting room was comfortable and I appreciated a nice cup of coffee while I waited More

Made an 11:00 appt for an oil change over 2 weeks prior. Called out of courtesy to advise I would be 10 mins late and was told it was no problem; she'd let my service Mgr know. When I left, I discovered that my mini cooper hadn't been washed nor vacuumed as is written down in your waiting area. I feel angry and think that my time wasn't valued, maybe because I get free oil changes since I purchased my car from you. Very disappointing. More
I didn't even buy my car from likey Nissan, I bought it from Likey Volkswagen next door. But they won't stop sending me texts asking me to review (this was the 8th text in 3 months and no option to stop th from Likey Volkswagen next door. But they won't stop sending me texts asking me to review (this was the 8th text in 3 months and no option to stop them) so I'll just post what I posted on Google and hopefully they stop texting me: While there are many nice people there ... I only know this because I have had to talk to a ton of people since it has taken over 2 months to get simple things done and I had to repeatedly ask multiple people multiple times. When they eventually tried to make it right the services promised to me were not completed or available (not even the loaner car while things were being done). They lied about why 2 of the things weren't completed and when I received my car back unfinished and pointed the issues out I was told they worked all day for me for free (all they did was pop in 2 pieces that were missing (which by the way, I was told I could do myself by someone prior), drop my car off at a place right down the street from them to be tinted that didn't tint it how I specified, and took their logo off). For one of the other issues I was asked, "don't you own a screwdriver?" They also cashed my $15,000 down payment check and claimed they didn't have it for 2 weeks. Thought it was lost in the mail so went to cancel it but couldn't... Because it was CASHED! I don't like to hurt anyone's business by writing bad reviews... I even sent the general manager this review on January 3rd before I posted it now January 8th to give him a chance to acknowledge and apologize... my 5th email with no response from him... I have given multiple chances to multiple people and now I think the right thing to do is share my experience so they either change how they do business or people have the knowledge to choose a different dealership that doesn't just sell a car and then act like you no longer exist while it becomes your second job to track them down and get things done for months. More
