Was at dealerships for 3. 5 hours waiting. Only to have my car returned to me being told that things were done (balance and rotating tires for instance) that weren’t done at al 5 hours waiting. It made me question if the other services I paid for were done at all either. I thought by now we would stop assuming simply that because someone is female that they won’t be able to tell what has or hasn’t been done on their vehicle. More

I’m glad that the Lokey team identified a software update that was required to fix a problem I was having with my rearview camera. I feel like the team went above and beyond to identify the problem and I app that was required to fix a problem I was having with my rearview camera. I feel like the team went above and beyond to identify the problem and I appreciate it. I was overcharged on an oil change and my customer service rep corrected the problem after I left. . Only negative was that I waited considerably longer than I was told to get the repair done. Normally I wouldn’t mind but I hate the idea of possibly being exposed to Covid while I’m waiting for my car to be repaired. Had I known it would take that long I would have gone home and waited. However, the waiting room was comfortable and I appreciated a nice cup of coffee while I waited More
