Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. It's a very busy place, but they seem to do their best to try to keep things moving. Pretty comfortable place if you choose to wait for your car. They were great from a sales perspective but service has dropped the ball. We called multiple times to make sure the parts that we needed were in and after assuring us, one of them was still missing.
