Not sure as to the dealership, but my experience with the service department was highly unsatisfactory; the communication and understanding of the service advisor left much to be desired. My warrantied repai service department was highly unsatisfactory; the communication and understanding of the service advisor left much to be desired. My warrantied repairs were unable to be completed in under a week, which resulted in my having to pick up my unrepaired vehicle. Moreover, the vehicle now actually has more problems than when I initially dropped it off for repair. More

They don’t do a full check. My windshield wipers are bad and there’s no windshield fluid to clean the windshield. That’s terrible service. Especially since the vehicle is supposed to undergo this 90 point inspection when the oil is changed. Smh. More
