I purchased Taos last year from Lokey. Brought it in last week for a slow leak in the tire. They serviced for an unnecessary oil change when I asked about the tire leak that said oh. My son and grandchildren were in the car on a the highway when the tire light came back on and he felt something. He got off and went to Tire Kingdom. The guy said the patchwork was so bad it was fortunate my son and his family didn’t wreck. This dealership is not about their customers. Greed is all they know I have been going there for over six years , my family purchased two cars from them last year. I would never recommend this dealership. More

I had a routine oil change but I am bummed that as a female, I was told that my engine air filter was filthy and in desperate need to be replaced. I politely declined and just got a reusable K & N air f female, I was told that my engine air filter was filthy and in desperate need to be replaced. I politely declined and just got a reusable K & N air filter today. As I was installing it, I pulled out the engine filter and it looked like new! It wasn't dirty at all!!!! This makes me furious. Thank goodness I didn't opt in for the purchase what a scam. Makes me wonder about the brakes and rotors that are supposedly 'completely bad' and yet the car is barely 3 years old. I'll be doing my own maintenance until dealerships can demonstrate honesty/integrity. More
