When it came time to negotiate, the price and interest was exactly as expected and the value they gave us for our trade in was well above our expectations. We drove out with a new car that day. The entire process was 3 hours, but it flew by. Geneva bleeds Volkswagen, her passion for the brand is undeniable. She is also hilarious, a wonderful asset to us in our adventure. Joe Lants furthered that commitment of excellent service, along with Doug Ramirez. Lastly, Zach O'Connor - he walks you through all your paperwork and offers the upgraded service packages. This is usually where my blood pressure rises in a car purchase, not so with Zach. He was educational and passionate, but certainly not pushy. The people that work at the dealership seem decent, but your policies and procedures suck!!! A key for a car should not cost the consumer $350.00 I can’t even imagine if I were on vacation and lost the key to my car...what a nightmare!! More

The young man was doing what he should do and gets yelled at in front of customers . The person who should be yelled at is the supervisor for not wanting to do a good job on my car. If you want to do a bad job then dont wash cars. This car was one week old and was very expensive. Service department great job. More
