Our experience at Lokey was really great!! Our Salesman Terrance was the best car salesman we have ever met. Not pushy, down to earth but so helpful and knowledgeable. Zach in finance was so Kind and knowledgeable but the process did take a lot longer than we would have liked. Service experience wasn’t great. They gave me a loaner for the day but the car was infested with ants. Not fun! And when I arrived to pickup my car it hadn’t even been started. I had to sit there for over 2 hours to wait for it. Overall great experience because of Terrance!! More

Eric was great with communication. He was genuinely interested in helping me with my questions. The service day was very busy. Last time I was offered a free car wash after the service. Sales = 5 starts butvehicle, delivery and service = no stars I was a remote buyer using CarFax to find a car in FL and ended up at Lokey contacting the dealership for pick-up of a certified 2014 Passat TDI SEL. I was a remote buyer using CarFax to find a car in FL and ended up at Lokey contacting the dealership for pick-up of a certified 2014 Passat TDI SEL. The sales and finance staff were exceptional, particular compliments to Terrence Jackson. Once all paperwork was done, off I drove, only to discover that the climate control did not function properly (no heat) although it had been checked as part of the certification and the steering had a shake at 70-80 mph. Lokey spent 4 weeks to replace a heater core but never resolved the steering shake despite 3 separate requests. My final request went unanswered by the service manager Eric Norcross. After my $65 4 wheel balancing (all tires were out of balance) the shaking has improved but not gone away. My next step is to pursue the matter with Volkswagen of Americas customer service - Lokey does not seem to be concerned about the quality of their product. In summary, sales is great but I question their certification program and its reliability - therefore would not consider Lokey. More

Horrible is all I can say!!!! Buyer Beware.... They ran my credit through multiped banks after I told the salesman to only run it once as not to affect my score with a big hit. T Buyer Beware.... They then gave me an interest rate 1.25% higher then my bank gave me mind you it was the same bank as they quoted. When I confronted them they tried to backtrack and call what my bank was doing was illegal, which is BS. Needless to say the were going to show me another car, all of the sudden all communication stopped. Credit score went from 726 to 670 because of their ignorance and greediness to make money. Please be cautious. You can no longer review on their site, wonder why!! If there was a negative rating they would get it. Please do your homework before going to them or any dealer. Not all dealers are this bad. More
