The customer service from start to finish was on point. My car had to be towed there and was received right before closing on a Friday. I had accidentally given my house keys, along with my car keys, to th My car had to be towed there and was received right before closing on a Friday. I had accidentally given my house keys, along with my car keys, to the tow truck driver. Service manager made sure I got my house keys, and got me set up for service the next day. They gave me coupons and discounts where available. They got the job done right and accommodated my needs for picking up my car, as well. I recommend Lokey Volkswagen service :) More
