My husband and I went to Lokey to purchase vehicles during Covid-19 epidemic. Our sales representative was informative and courteous. The terms of purchase we agreed to on paper with the financial r during Covid-19 epidemic. Our sales representative was informative and courteous. The terms of purchase we agreed to on paper with the financial rep to secure financing were not the terms we were even offered, and it wasn't discussed that financing was authorized to change our positions. Additionally, by the time the paperwork was ready to be signed we had already been there multiple hours and many people were not practicing social distancing. We signed our paperwork as fast as we could and left, agreeing we would never purchase from Lokey again. My husband sent an email regarding our purchase/vehicle detailing experience to the sales dept, but we never heard back. More

Not Notified Services Had Been Completed (1) I dropped my auto off at the dealership for a 1 pm service appointment. Brian Belviso, Service Advisor stated he would call me once the service ha (1) I dropped my auto off at the dealership for a 1 pm service appointment. Brian Belviso, Service Advisor stated he would call me once the service had been completed. I called the dealership at 4:30 pm and asked how much longer and I was told the service had been completed. (2) When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed the courtesy wash has not been performed. Brain stated he would have it washed. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour I asked another service advisor how much longer (Brain's shift had ended). He checked Brian's box and there was my key. My car had been washed and parked out front for sometime. Very disappointed with the lack of notification (twice in one day). More
