We brought in our car for its regular oil service and were disappointed at the length of time it took to have the oil changed. We told the service agent we would wait. We checked in at 1.5 hours after were disappointed at the length of time it took to have the oil changed. We told the service agent we would wait. I recently brought my 2019 Jetta GLI S in for a new tire. I initially spoke to Brian and picked up the car from Antonio. This visit, like all my past visits, was an enjoyable experience. Brian and Antonio were courteous, extremely knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely want to make sure that I had a good experience at the dealership. I feel as though Brian, Antonio and most of the other employees I've met don't have to try and do a good job because a good job happens naturally when it's done by good people. My wife and I have been coming to Lokey Volkswagen for a little over 7 years now. Antonio, Brian, Geneva (who sold me the GLI) and the other staff at the dealership i've met are one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to Lokey Volkswagen. More
