Alex at Lokey VW was a superstar and went above and beyond to help us find our ideal car. After a long day of driving from dealership to dealership my Husband called Lokey VW and spoke with Alex asking beyond to help us find our ideal car. After a long day of driving from dealership to dealership my Husband called Lokey VW and spoke with Alex asking if they had the model car we were looking for. Without hesitation Alex answered “Yes” and went as far to hold the keys for us so we could test drive it when we got there. When we got to the dealership we met with Alex and he had the car ready to go for us. We took it out for a drive and I instantly fell in-love with the car. Alex didn’t have to go through all the hoops he did to sell us the car. It was his willingness to provide a great experience that really was the icing on the cake.
