My experience with Lokey Voltzwagon was the absolute best and easiest experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. When I first started looking Marc stayed in touch with me and provided me any information n and easiest experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. When I first started looking Marc stayed in touch with me and provided me any information needed and wasn’t overbearing or pushy. At this time I had been without transportation for many years and Marc took it upon himself to come and pick me up at my home and was willing to take back if things didn’t workout with finding and getting a vehicle. I had been saving vehicles I was interested in way before I was able to get to the dealership. So Marc and I looked over what I had and I gave him my requirements in a vehicle based on what he thought I would be able to get approved for. Once I had settled on the 2022 Nissan Kicks I did whatever paperwork was necessary and then I met the finance manager Steve. Steve was also amazing and very knowledgeable and resourceful, not only was he able to get me approved but was willing to fight for my business. I was extremely impressed with the service I received, it was very quick and easy. I highly recommend if you’re car shopping be sure to go to Lokey Voltzwagon and ask for Marc and Steve. I also forgot to mention that my new car had amazing low mileage , still under warranty and came with free service for life of the car. Thank you all so very much for your patience and amazing customer service!!! More

Zero follow up on small requests. Sold me a jeep with no key just a working fob. The homelink was removed (rear view mirror). VIN said it came with one. I asked the sales person, Taylor, if i can get a key cut and a homelink installed. I was told its an as is sale by the used car manager. Sad way to do business. I will not recommend Lokey. More

I wish I wasn’t guaranteed a vehicle even if the plan for the current vehicle fell through. Me and my children were supper excited for our new car only for it to be snatched away from us in the end. They wer the current vehicle fell through. Me and my children were supper excited for our new car only for it to be snatched away from us in the end. They were heartbroken and so was I. I feel like it was irresponsible for the salesperson and the finance department to have me sign an agreement and put money down on a car that they weren’t 100 percent sure I would be able to get.
