My experience with Lokey Voltzwagon was the absolute best and easiest experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. When I first started looking Marc stayed in touch with me and provided me any information n and easiest experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. At this time I had been without transportation for many years and Marc took it upon himself to come and pick me up at my home and was willing to take back if things didn’t workout with finding and getting a vehicle. I had been saving vehicles I was interested in way before I was able to get to the dealership. So Marc and I looked over what I had and I gave him my requirements in a vehicle based on what he thought I would be able to get approved for. Once I had settled on the 2022 Nissan Kicks I did whatever paperwork was necessary and then I met the finance manager Steve. Steve was also amazing and very knowledgeable and resourceful, not only was he able to get me approved but was willing to fight for my business. I was extremely impressed with the service I received, it was very quick and easy. I highly recommend if you’re car shopping be sure to go to Lokey Voltzwagon and ask for Marc and Steve. I also forgot to mention that my new car had amazing low mileage , still under warranty and came with free service for life of the car.
